The Company shall exercise due diligence to ensure that Users benefit from the Site services without interruption, except in cases of technical failures and force majeure. The User agrees to comply with all applicable national and international legislation, general moral standards and the rights of third parties while using the Site. The User undertakes not to engage in reverse engineering, attempt to obtain source code, or produce and share misleading, offensive, obscene or content that encourages illegal activities on the Site. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability shall belong to the User.

The parties shall not be held responsible in cases where the obligations arising from the agreement cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, explosion, war, uprising, epidemic, strike, lockout, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, cyber attacks and similar events. During the force majeure period, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from this agreement shall be suspended.

Unal Kablo reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms of use, privacy policy, KVKK disclosure text and cookie policy at any time without prior notice. Amendments shall take effect upon publication of the updated text on the Site. Users are advised to check these pages regularly. Your continued use of the Site shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

All notifications to be sent to the parties regarding this agreement shall be made via the Company's known e-mail address and the e-mail address specified by the User during registration. The User accepts that the address specified during registration is a valid notification address, that they will notify the other party in writing within 5 days in case of change, and that notifications made to this address shall otherwise be deemed valid.

In any disputes that may arise between the parties regarding transactions related to this agreement, the books, records and documents of the parties as well as computer records and fax records shall be accepted as evidence pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the User accepts that they shall not object to these records.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the resolution of any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these terms of use. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes. The invalidity of any of the provisions of this agreement, in whole or in part, shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
